Seva Sankalp Abhiyan: BJP To Mark PM Modi’s 25 Years In Public Service

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will launch its month-long ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’ on Thursday to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 25 years of public service.

The campaign will run from September 17, PM Modi’s birthday, to October 17.

BJP National President Nitin Nabin announced the campaign, saying PM Modi will complete 25 years in public service on October 7.

PM Modi began his public service journey on October 7, 2001, when he took charge as then Gujarat Chief Minister.

The BJP observes PM Modi’s birthday as ‘Seva Diwas’ or Day of Service. Through the campaign, the party will highlight his 25-year public journey, focusing on service, development and nation-building.

Nabin said the campaign aims to take the message of public service to people across society. He further urged BJP workers and citizens to participate in the month-long initiative.

According to Nitin Nabin, PM Modi’s journey should be viewed through his continued focus on serving people and the nation.

The campaign will showcase various aspects of his public life and work over the past 25 years.

Nabin will launch the campaign from Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh, along with Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and State BJP President Hemant Khandelwal.

The nationwide ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’ will feature public outreach and service-oriented programmes throughout the month. These activities will seek to connect people with the message of public service while marking the completion of PM Modi’s 25 years in public life.
