Bharat Express celebrated its third anniversary on Monday, 9 March, by organising a mega conclave in New Delhi under the theme ‘Viksit Bharat 2047: Naye Bharat Ki Baat’.
The event, held under the guidance of CMD Upendrra Rai, began with a traditional Saraswati Vandana invoking blessings for knowledge and wisdom.
Oorja Akshara recited the prayer, setting a spiritual tone for the discussions. Several prominent leaders and public figures attended the conclave.
Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Union Ministers Nitin Gadkari, Dr Mansukh Mandaviya, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, CR Patil, Annapurna Devi and Anupriya Patel shared their views.
Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva were also present.
The gathering included Delhi Police Commissioner Satish Golcha, MP Manoj Tiwari and actor-politician Ravi Kishan.
Former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jairam Thakur and Union Minister of State Arjun Ram Meghwal also spoke on development, governance and parliamentary systems.
Other notable guests included RSS leader Indresh Kumar, JD(U) leader KC Tyagi, AAP leader Sanjay Singh, actor Boman Irani, director Anil Sharma, Congress leader Randeep Surjewala and spiritual leader Dr Acharya Manish.
Centred on the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, the conclave focused on key issues such as infrastructure, law and order, water conservation, and women and child development, aiming to contribute to the national dialogue on India’s path towards becoming a developed nation.
