On the occasion of his birth anniversary, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Chief Mohan Bhagwat will launch a book on Param Vir Chakra recipient Veer Abdul Hamid at his home in Dhamupur village, Ghazipur, on Monday.
The organiser of the event, Santosh Kumar Singh Yadav, stated that Bhagwat had congratulated the families of the gallant Ghazipur martyrs during his July visit to Hathiyaram Mutt last year.

Jainul Hassan, the son of Veer Abdul Hamid, told the RSS Chief during that same event that his father was writing the book and asked to release it upon its full publication. He also mentioned that the RSS Chief had given his permission to attend the book’s release.
Ramchandran Shrinivasan has written the book. On July 1, the anniversary of the martyr’s birth, the authorities will publish the book.
On Friday night, SP Omveer Singh and Ghazipur district magistrate Aryaka Akhouri examined the arrangements for the planned celebration in Dhampur’s Shaheed Memorial Park. The DM stated that all of the arrangements for the suggested event are complete.
