RJD And Congress Only Know The Language Of Jungle Raj, Not development, Says PM Modi In Bihar

On Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during a public rally in Saharsa, Bihar, launched a sharp criticism of the RJD-Congress alliance, claiming both parties remain disconnected from progress and continue to dwell in the politics of ‘Jungle Raj’.

Speaking to a large crowd, PM Modi stated, “Their dictionary is filled only with words like Katta, cruelty, bitterness, misgovernance and corruption. This is all they have learnt in the school of jungle-raj. The RJD and Congress simply don’t understand the language of development.”

The Prime Minister asserted that while the NDA stands for development, the opposition only symbolises destruction.

PM Modi pointed out that under previous RJD-Congress governments, people in the Kosi-Mithilanchal region were once forced to travel nearly 300 kilometres to cross the area.

Today, he said, the NDA’s infrastructure push has reduced that distance to less than 30 kilometres.

Highlighting women’s empowerment, PM Modi congratulated India on winning its first-ever Women’s Cricket World Cup. He said the victory reflects the growing confidence of women from small towns and modest backgrounds.

The Prime Minister also praised initiatives like Bihar’s Jeevika Didi campaign and the Chief Minister’s Employment Scheme. He noted that about 1.4 crore women have received Rs 10,000 each through various programs.

Emphasising Bihar’s ongoing growth, PM Modi urged voters to continue supporting the NDA for sustained progress.

The Prime Minister said the alliance’s goal is to ensure young people find opportunities within Bihar itself and contribute to the state’s pride and prosperity.

“Our resolve is that the youth of Bihar should work in Bihar and bring glory to Bihar,” he further reaffirmed.

Appealing to first-time voters, PM Modi urged them to support the NDA in the upcoming Assembly polls. He further emphasised that their votes should help form a stable government.

“There are many sons and daughters here who will be voting for the first time. When I voted for the first time, I also wished that my vote would not go to waste. I was happy that I succeeded. I want to tell you — your first vote should help form the government. Your vote will strengthen the NDA government,” PM Modi noted.

Concluding his address, the Prime Minister reminded the crowd that only two days remain for the first phase of polling, with Saharsa and Madhepura set to vote on the morning of 6 November.
