Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra To Enter Last Phase From TODAY, Rahul Gandhi To Visit Nandurbar After 14 Yrs

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra will commence its last phase in Maharashtra’s Nandurbar.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra will commence its last phase in Maharashtra’s tribal-dominated Nandurbar district today, March 12.
The last time a member of the Gandhi family visited Nandurbar was in the year 2010.

This year, the Gandhi family will mark its presence in Nandurbar after 14 years. The Pradesh Congress has made all necessary arrangements to make the rally a success. In the year 2014, Sonia Gandhi was slated to visit. However, the program was called off as a result of her bad health.

Earlier, the district that was deemed a bastion of Congress is now politically dominated by the BJP. Currently, BJP leader Heena Gavit represents Nandurbar in the Lower House of Parliament.

Congress Member of Parliament (MP) Rahul Gandhi is scheduled to partake in a traditional Holi bonfire, Adivasi Nyay Holi Sammelan. Subsequently, he will address the rally, Adivasi Nyay Sabha, in Nandurbar and then proceed towards Dhule.

The Yatra, which began in Manipur on January 14th, will conclude in Mumbai by this month after travelling through 15 states. The last phase of the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’s phase will go on for 6 days and will go through locations such as Dhule, Malegaon, Nashik, and Thane before reaching its last destination, Mumbai.
