Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday expressed his gratitude to voters across five states, characterising the Bharatiya Janata Party’s performance in the Assembly elections as a major milestone driven by public trust.
Speaking to party members and supporters, the Prime Minister said the celebratory mood among workers reflected the electorate’s strong endorsement of the BJP’s governance approach. He emphasised that the verdict highlighted confidence in stability and results-oriented leadership.
The Prime Minister added that the outcome represented a clear affirmation of the vision of ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat’ and pointed towards a positive national trajectory.
PM Modi credited the victory to the persistent dedication and hard work of BJP workers across the country. He noted that their consistent efforts played a central role in the party’s strong performance.
Prime Minister Modi further remarked that the elections demonstrated the vibrancy of India’s democratic framework. He said this reinforced the country’s standing on the global stage.
PM Modi observed that these elections were conducted under the leadership of BJP National President Nitin Nabin for the first time. He commended his role in strengthening organisational unity and morale.
The Prime Minister also extended congratulations to NDA candidates who performed well in the by-elections held alongside the Assembly polls.
Highlighting voter participation, PM Modi said the high turnout reflected the resilience of democratic institutions. He pointed to over 93 per cent voting in West Bengal and strong participation in Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Assam as indicators of active public involvement, especially among women.
The Prime Minister stated that voters had contributed significantly to maintaining the credibility and dignity of democratic institutions.
In a separate social media post, the Prime Minister described the outcome in West Bengal as a notable development. He called it a powerful expression of public will and support for governance-focused politics.
Prime Minister Modi assured citizens that the BJP would strive to meet their expectations and deliver inclusive growth and opportunities.
PM Modi reiterated the party’s commitment to development-driven governance and inclusive policies. He praised the resilience of party workers, noting that their sustained efforts in challenging circumstances had strengthened the organisation.
The Prime Minister said the results would further motivate the BJP to advance its development agenda. He added that the party would also deepen its connection with people across the country.
