Pranav Adani said the Dharavi Experience Centre reflects a commitment to keeping residents at the centre of the redevelopment process.
The facility will help people understand the proposed plans for their homes, livelihoods and neighbourhoods.
The Experience Centre, inaugurated by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Friday, offers residents physical and digital previews of proposed homes, workplaces and also social infrastructure under the Dharavi Redevelopment Project.
The event was attended by Pranav Adani and senior officials, among others.
The centre provides visitors with an opportunity to experience sample homes, explore a 3D walkthrough and view plans covering housing, livelihoods, mobility, public spaces and social infrastructure.
It also highlights Dharavi’s history and its economic and entrepreneurial identity.
Adani’s remarks underline the focus on communicating the proposed redevelopment plans to residents and helping them understand how the project could affect their homes and livelihoods.
Adani Navbharat Developers Private Ltd is executing the redevelopment initiative through its role as the Special Purpose Vehicle for the project.
Adani concluded his message by thanking the Maharashtra Chief Minister and also expressing his support for the state’s efforts to take the redevelopment process forward.
