Union Minister for Food, Public Distribution, and Consumer Affairs Pralhad Joshi marked Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday by actively participating in a Swachh Bharat campaign held in Hubballi.
At the Shri Siddarood Swamiji Railway Station, Joshi took up the broom and joined civic workers in a cleanliness drive organised by the South Western Railway zone under the Swachhta Hi Seva (Cleanliness is Service) initiative.
A Call for Cleanliness and Civic Duty
Speaking during the event, Joshi emphasised the importance of cleanliness as a core national value inspired by PM Modi’s vision.
“On the Prime Minister’s birthday, participating in this drive felt like paying tribute to the values he stands for,” Joshi said.

He was also joined by local leaders, BJP workers, railway officials, and citizens, all echoing the message of public service and civic engagement.
Moreover, on the same occasion, the Union Minister made a passionate appeal to the public to donate blood. He highlighted the national blood donation campaign being organised across India to mark PM Modi’s birthday.
“By donating blood, you extend a hand of help to another life,” Joshi urged, adding that participation in such initiatives reflects the spirit of unity and compassion championed by the Prime Minister.

Wishing PM Modi on His 75th Birthday
In a video message shared on social media, Joshi extended heartfelt birthday wishes to the Prime Minister.
“India has seen a remarkable transformation in the past 11 years—from becoming the world’s fourth-largest economy to earning global respect. This progress is the result of PM Modi’s dedication, vision, and leadership,” he said.
Joshi credited PM Modi’s leadership for India’s growing stature on the global stage.
“Today, no world forum can ignore India. The Prime Minister’s ability to take bold decisions and stand firm on national interests has reshaped how the world views our country,” he noted.
Reflecting on the path ahead, Joshi also stated that the dream of Viksit Bharat 2047—a fully developed India by its 100th year of independence—has now become a collective national aspiration under PM Modi’s leadership.
“Your tireless efforts have rekindled patriotism and inspired millions to take part in nation-building,” Joshi wrote, wishing the Prime Minister good health and continued strength.
Furthermore, Joshi’s participation in the cleanliness campaign and appeal for blood donation served as a powerful reminder of the values that PM Modi’s leadership seeks to promote—cleanliness, compassion, service, and unity.
Through symbolic action, the Minister echoed a broader message: that true celebration lies in active contribution to the nation’s progress.
