Political Titans Engage In Intense Campaigning Amid Lok Sabha Elections

As the Lok Sabha elections heat up, political leaders from various parties are crisscrossing the nation. They are addressing public meetings and holding rallies in a bid to sway voters.

Thursday witnesses a flurry of activities as major leaders embark on campaign trails across different states.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and BJP President JP Nadda are actively engaging in public outreach programs and rallies.

Opposition leaders including Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav, and Bahujan Samaj Party National President Mayawati are also actively participating in similar activities.

Leaders’ Itinerary for the Day:

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will embark on a series of public meetings in Haryana and Punjab. In Haryana, PM Modi will address a public gathering in Bhiwani-Mahendragarh at 2 PM. It is followed by another rally in Patiala, Punjab, at 4:30 PM.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah will address four public meetings in Uttar Pradesh. His itinerary includes:

  • Siddharthnagar – 12:15 PM
  • Sant Kabir Nagar – 1:30 PM
  • Ambedkar Nagar – 3 PM
  • Pratapgarh – 4:15 PM

BJP President J P Nadda will conduct public meetings in Odisha. His itinerary includes:

  • Mayurbhanj – 11:10 AM
  • Bhadrak – 1 PM
  • Jajpur – 2:35 PM
  • Jagatsinghpur – 4:10 PM

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will address public gatherings in Delhi. His itinerary includes:

  • Dilshad Garden area – 10:30 AM
  • Mongolpuri area – 12:30 PM

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will hold public meetings in:

Odisha’s Puri – 11:40 AM

Kendrapara – 1:05 PM

Bihar’s Motihari (East Champaran) – 4:05 PM

West Champaran – 5 PM

Leaders’ Campaign Schedule:

Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav will address public meetings in Pratapgarh at 12:45 PM, Jaunpur at 1:50 PM, and Machhlishahr at 3:15 PM.

Congress National General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will lead a roadshow in Haryana’s Sirsa at 8:30 AM in support of Congress candidate Kumari Selja.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will hold a roadshow in support of BJP candidate Kamaljeet Sahrawat from the West Delhi Lok Sabha constituency at 9 AM.

Union Minister Smriti Irani will hold a roadshow in support of BJP candidate Harsh Malhotra from East Delhi Lok Sabha seat at 2 PM.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will address a public meeting at 11:45 AM in Buxar district.

BJP leader Varun Gandhi will campaign for his mother Maneka Gandhi from Uttar Pradesh’s Sultanpur Lok Sabha seat.

With these engagements, the political landscape across various states continues to witness intense campaigning ahead of the Lok Sabha elections.
