Officials from the Crime Branch visited Delhi minister Atishi’s residence today to issue a notice regarding allegations that the BJP was attempting to lure Aam Aadmi Party MLAs.
Atishi was reportedly not present at her residence, but she instructed her office staff to receive the notice.
“The team will go again to serve notice to Atishi. This morning, she was not present at her residence,” a senior officer of the Delhi Police Crime Branch said.

This follows a similar notice served to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal the previous day, as part of an investigation into his claims of BJP attempting to poach seven AAP MLAs.
Kejriwal and Atishi are set to lay foundation stones for two schools in Rohini later today.
The initial accusations were made on January 27, alleging the BJP’s attempt to entice AAP MLAs with ₹25 crore each and a ticket for the upcoming assembly polls, which the BJP has vehemently denied, challenging Kejriwal to provide evidence.
