PM Modi Visits Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy Temple In Telangana

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday offered prayers at Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy Temple in Karimnagar, Telangana.

Prior to commencing a string of public engagements, Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid a visit to the Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy Temple in Karimnagar, Telangana, on Wednesday, where he participated in prayers and offered his respects. Amidst the resonating chants, Prime Minister Modi, adorned in traditional attire, paid homage at the revered temple, symbolizing the convergence of faith and leadership.

Following his spiritual invocation, Prime Minister Modi participated in a public meeting at Karimnagar, marking the formal initiation of his campaign in Telangana. Prime Minister outlined his vision for the state and the nation, emphasizing development and progress.

PM Modi will later address a public rally in the Warangal area of Telangana.

Following his campaign in Telangana, the Prime Minister will conduct a rally in Rajampet, Andhra Pradesh, a neighboring state. Additionally, he will lead a roadshow in Vijayawada later today.

Earlier in the day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute to Rabindranath Tagore on the occasion of his birth anniversary.

Taking to X, PM Modi posted, “I pay homage to Gurudev Tagore, on the occasion of his Jayanti. His enduring wisdom and genius continue to inspire and enlighten innumerable people across generations.”

Voting for all 17 seats in Telangana will held on 13 May in the fourth phase of the Lok Sabha Elections 2024. The voting for the first three phases has been completed so far. The next round of voting will be held on 13 May. The Lok Sabha polls are being held across seven phases till 1 June. The counting of votes will take place on 4 June.
