Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit the United Arab Emirates on Friday to further strengthen the bilateral Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between India and the UAE.
During the visit, PM Modi will hold talks with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on key issues including energy security, trade, investment and people-to-people ties.
According to the Ministry of External Affairs, the two leaders will exchange views on bilateral cooperation and discuss ways to deepen political, economic and cultural relations between the two countries.
PM @narendramodi has embarked on a 5-nation tour, including UAE, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway and Italy.
Over the next six days, PM will engage with several world leaders across a wide-ranging agenda aimed at strengthening India’s global partnerships.

The visit aims to strengthen trade and investment ties between India and the UAE, one of India’s key Gulf partners, with energy cooperation expected to remain a major focus.
India and the UAE are likely to sign two MoUs on LPG and strategic petroleum reserves to boost energy security and bilateral cooperation.
The UAE is India’s third-largest trading partner and the seventh-largest source of foreign investment.
PM Modi will also discuss the welfare of over 4.5 million Indians living in the UAE before beginning the next leg of his six-day tour covering the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway and Italy.
MEA Secretary Sibi George said PM Modi will next visit the Netherlands, where he will meet King Willem-Alexander, Queen Máxima and Prime Minister Rob Jetten.
In Sweden, the Prime Minister will hold talks with Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson and address the European Round Table for Industry alongside European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
PM Modi will also attend the India-Nordic Summit in Norway before concluding his tour in Italy with meetings scheduled with President Sergio Mattarella and Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.
