On February 28, 2025, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will attend the 25th edition of the renowned Jahan-e-Khusrau festival at Sunder Nursery, New Delhi, around 7:30 PM.

This grand event is dedicated to Sufi music, poetry, and dance, and will bring together artists from across the world to celebrate the profound legacy of the legendary Sufi poet, musician, and scholar, Amir Khusrau.

A Global Celebration Of Sufi Music and Poetry

Jahan-e-Khusrau, which began in 2001 under the vision of renowned filmmaker and artist Muzaffar Ali, is an international festival that honors Sufi music, poetry, and dance.

Global artists regard the festival as one of the most significant cultural events in India, where they celebrate the traditions of Sufism and highlight Amir Khusrau’s rich contributions to Indian music and culture.

This year’s festival marks its 25th anniversary and will run from February 28 to March 2, 2025.
