PM Modi Reveals: KCR's Desire to Join NDA Declined – Major Revelation in Nizamabad
PM Narendra Modi visited Telangana and inaugurated various projects in Nizamabad. During his visit, he held a roadshow and addressed a massive rally, taking aim at Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao. PM Modi revealed that KCR wanted to join the NDA, but he had declined due to KCR’s actions.
Modi’s statement
PM Modi stated, “When BJP won 48 seats in the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation elections, KCR needed our support. Before that election, he used to welcome me at the airport, but later he abruptly stopped. After the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation election, KCR came to meet me in Delhi and expressed his desire to join the NDA. I told KCR that your actions are such that Modi cannot align with you.”
He further said, “I told him that we are fine with being in opposition, but we won’t support KCR. Our workers may face atrocities, but we won’t support him; we won’t betray the people of Telangana.”
Telangana’s contributions
PM Modi acknowledged Telangana’s contributions to the nation’s development and praised its talent. He mentioned that the Central Government is continuously working for Telangana’s welfare.
Women’s Reservation Bill
Regarding the Women’s Reservation Bill, PM Modi criticized the ‘India’ alliance. He said, “A few days ago, the Women’s Power Bill was passed in Parliament. Congress and its INDI alliance had been blocking it for 30 years. They didn’t care. But this time, all the arrogant people were forced to support the Women’s Reservation Bill in Parliament.”
