Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who traveled to Varanasi, spent six hours in Kashi. He took part in three programs here. Prime Minister Modi asked some questions to the students. To which they answered one by one by raising their hands. According to officials, the PM interacted with 20 children there. He also asked some questions. PM Modi tweeted and said- “I see hope, enthusiasm, determination, and a lot of energy in these children! Today I was very happy to meet these promising students studying in Atal Residential Schools of UP.”

A female student, Anshika, said that PM Modi asked me, “Which food grain do you people eat? You should also eat millet, jowar and maize etc.”
Another female student Sujata said that PM Modi asked which game and player do you like? she replied that she liked playing badminton and player Saina Nehwal.

Students from these districts have been admitted
Children from Varanasi, Chandauli, Ghazipur, and Jaunpur have reportedly been admitted to Atal Residential Schools based on entrance exams. 40 boys and 40 girls are enrolled in Varanasi Atal Residential School, according to a teacher. For each of them, a different hostel has been established.
There are separate residences for teachers, boys, and girls, according to another teacher. He said that Atal Residential School had created separate hostels and homes for the housing of boys, girls, instructors, and other employees.

Offering free meals along with uniforms and textbooks
Atal Residential School features modern classrooms. Additionally provided without charge are CCTV, solar panels, pure RO water, sports activities, uniforms, textbooks, and notepads. The unique feature is that these institutions’ curricula are based on the CBSE board.
