PM Modi Leads Massive Roadshow in Ghaziabad For BJP’s Election Campaign

Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a grand roadshow in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, on Saturday, as part of the BJP’s campaign for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

Accompanied by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Ghaziabad BJP Candidate Atul Garg, and Union Minister VK Singh, the Prime Minister traversed a 1.5-kilometer-long route amidst thousands of enthusiastic party workers. The roadshow spanned from Maliwada Chowk through Ambedkar Road to Chaudhary Road within the city.

Ghaziabad BJP Candidate Atul Garg is slated to contest against Dolly Sharma from the INDIA bloc and Nand Kishore Pundhir from BSP for the Ghaziabad parliamentary seat, elections for which are scheduled on April 26.

Earlier in the day, PM Modi addressed a rally in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, where he launched a scathing critique against the opposition alliance, INDIA bloc. Accusing them of aiming for “commission” upon gaining power, PM Modi contrasted their motives with the BJP-led NDA’s dedication towards propelling India into a developed nation.

PM Modi’s remarks included a jab at the Congress, indirectly referencing their delayed candidate announcements for Rae Bareli and Amethi, traditionally their strongholds. He also criticized the Congress manifesto for reflecting the influence of the Muslim League and being entrenched in leftist ideologies.
