Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday extended birthday greetings to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and praised his contribution to the development and growth of the state.
Sharing his message on X, PM Modi said that CM Yogi Adityanath’s work for Uttar Pradesh’s progress has been noteworthy. He added that the Chief Minister has consistently focused on improving the quality of life for citizens while ensuring inclusive growth.
The Prime Minister also wished him a long and healthy life.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah also extended birthday wishes to CM Yogi Adityanath.
In a post on X, Shah said that under the leadership of PM Modi, Uttar Pradesh’s double-engine government is setting new benchmarks in good governance and public welfare.
The Minister also prayed for the Chief Minister’s good health and long life.

Born on 5 June 1972 in Pauri Garhwal, CM Yogi Adityanath is a senior BJP leader and Hindu monk. He is the only leader to have completed two consecutive full terms as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh.
Born as Ajay Singh Bisht, CM Yogi entered public life during the Ram Temple movement in the 1990s and later became a disciple of Mahant Avaidyanath, the former head of the Gorakhnath Math. He currently serves as the Chief Priest of the Gorakhnath Math in Gorakhpur.
CM Yogi Adityanath was first elected to the Lok Sabha from Gorakhpur in 1998 and retained the seat for five consecutive terms before becoming Chief Minister in 2017.
