The use of AI technology to generate these instructional videos highlights the innovative approach taken to promote Yoga.
PM Modi has been consistently encouraging the public to adopt Yoga as an integral part of their lives.
On Tuesday, he reiterated this call, urging people to recommit to practicing Yoga and to inspire others to do the same.
He shared a series of videos that provide guidance on performing various asanas and explain their benefits.
