Yogi Cabinet Approves Transfer Policy Among 41 Proposals

Yogi cabinet, in an important meeting on Tuesday, has approved 41 proposals including the transfer policy. In the meeting, held under the direction of Chief Minister of State Yogi Adityanath, ministers were called with tablets to encourage paperless meetings. Notably, it was the first time that the yogi cabinet was called with tablets.

Holding a first meeting after the Lok Sabha election results, the Yogi cabinet approved a long-pending transfer policy among 41 useful proposals for the progress of the state.

It is worth mentioning that schemes that were put on hold due to the implementation of the model code of conduct have been approved in the first paperless meeting of the state cabinet.

As per the new approval regarding the transfer policy now transfers in the state will take place till June 30. Only 20 per cent of Group A and B officers will be transferred. Officers, who served at a place for a long time, will be prioritize in the transfer process.
Elaborating on the cabinet meeting, Minister Swatantra Dev Singh said that a proposal regarding pure drinking water has been passed. Various ongoing projects in the Jhansi, Mahoba, Banda, Hamirpur, Mirzapur and Sonbhadra districts of Bundelkhand have also been approved.

The public will start getting its benefits in the coming two months.
The Minister further said that the government prioritized education, alongside incentives to create a hub in the state.

In the meeting, approval was given to establish a government school at the divisional level along with private schools. The initiative aims to optimize the benefits for children by initially expanding education. The will include the enhancement of government schools across the six divisions of the state. Finance and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna said that the proposals approved today include industrial development.

Yogi Cabinet approved a range of proposals

Proposals from the IT, Urban Development, Home Department, PWD, Agriculture, and Medical Department were included in today’s meeting. Additionally, proposals for the Defense Corridor Policy and amendments to industrial investment and employment promotion policies were passed.

Finance and Parliamentary Affairs Minister informed that 500-bed hospital in Noida, IIT Kanpur’s 500-bed MMT will be built at a cost of Rs 750 crore. The further information revealed that the state government will contribute Rs 50 crore for the establishment of Medical Research Institute in IIT Kanpur, so that research work is improved.

The cabinet has nodded to the expansion of Lakhimpur airport as well. The authorities will acquire land from the farmers of three villages to serve the purpose.

Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, Surya Pratap Shahi, Baby Rani Maurya, Nand Gopal Nandi, etc. were present in the meeting.
