Additionally, famed cinematographer Aseem Bajaj, film producer Captain Gulab Singh, Hollywood distributor Marie Adler, and British MP Lord Rami Ranger were present. Captain Gulab Singh stressed the importance of hosting such festivals in countries with cultural and historical ties to India. Jean Francois Allard served as a commander in Napoleon Bonaparte’s army and later played a crucial role in modernizing Maharaja Ranjit Singh’s army to resist the British. He married Princess Bannu Pan Dei of Himachal Pradesh in March 1826. Henry and Frederic Allard, devoted descendants of Jean Francois, aim to strengthen the bonds between India and France through their initiatives.
