Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose’s Secret Survival – Evidence Suggests He Lived Beyond the Mysterious Plane Crash!

Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Death Mystery: Today marks the 127th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, commemorated as Parakram Diwas or Bravery Day by the Government of India since 2021. On January 23, 2016, the government released over 100 secret files pertaining to Netaji, shedding light on the mysterious circumstances surrounding his death. Despite numerous investigations worldwide, including over 10 committees and three in India, the consensus remains that Netaji perished in a plane crash on August 23, 1945.

Born in 1897 in Cuttack, Odisha, Netaji, who secured the fourth position in the Indian Civil Services examination, chose to sacrifice his comfortable job to dedicate his life to the liberation of India from British rule. As we observe Bravery Day, it is essential to delve into the secrets surrounding his demise.

What happened on 17th August?

On August 17, amid Japan’s deteriorating situation in World War II, Netaji decided to leave for Russia. Departing from Bose Bangkok Airport with Japanese officials and two suitcases filled with funds obtained from the public—comprising gold, silver, and money from supporters impressed by his speeches—Netaji headed for Saigon. In Saigon, he sought Japanese assistance to arrange a plane for his journey to the Soviet Union.

The night of 18th August was the last

The turning point came on the night of August 18. The plane, en route from Tokyo to Moscow via Manchuria, was intended to land for a confrontation with the British. However, tragedy struck when the plane took off from Taiwan, reaching an altitude of 20-30 meters. An engine malfunction caused a fire, resulting in the plane crashing on the runway in two parts.

Japanese radio announced death

Netaji’s body, clothes ablaze, was rescued and rushed to the nearest military hospital in Taiwan. Despite being conscious upon arrival, he succumbed to his injuries between 9-10 pm on August 18. His cremation took place on August 20, and the official announcement of his death was made by Japanese radio six days later.
