Uttarakhand has entered its 25th year since formation. The state was created on November 9, 2000. To mark this milestone, a grand conclave is being organized by Bharat Express News Network in Dehradun on December 13. The event is titled ‘Naye Bharat Ki Baat, Uttarakhand Ke Saath.’
Inaugural Ceremony and Key Discussion
The program will begin at 11 am with a lamp-lighting ceremony, led by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. Upendrra Rai, Chairman, MD, and Editor-in-Chief of Bharat Express News Network, will also be present. Following the inauguration, CMD Rai will engage in a discussion with Chief Minister Dhami. They will explore Uttarakhand’s 25-year development journey and its future prospects.
Key Participants
Along with Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, several key figures will participate in the conclave. Cabinet Ministers Subodh Uniyal, Saurabh Bahuguna, Premchand Aggarwal, Ganesh Joshi, and BJP MLA Vinod Chamoli will attend. Former Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat and State Congress President Karan Mahara will also be part of the event. The conclave will also feature insights from Acharya Balkrishna of Patanjali Yogapeeth, Swami Chidanand Saraswati, and Hathayogi ji. Additionally, DG (Information) Banshidhar Tiwari and IG (Law and Order) Nilesh Bharane will participate in discussions.
Prime Minister Modi’s Message for ‘Developed Uttarakhand’
On November 9, Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated the people of Uttarakhand on the occasion of its silver jubilee. He urged citizens to work together for a brighter future for the state in the next 25 years. Modi highlighted the coincidence of Uttarakhand’s 25-year journey with India’s 25 years of Amrit Kaal. He reaffirmed his vision for a ‘Developed Uttarakhand’ as part of the broader goal of a ‘Developed India’ in the coming decades.

The mega conclave will run from 11 am to 6 pm. It will be broadcast live on Bharat Express News Network’s news channel, website, and YouTube channel.
