Reiterating the spiritual nature of the yatra and devotion to Lord Shiva, the Chief Minister called on devotees to maintain public decorum and hygiene.
“The administration has made all necessary arrangements, but it is also the responsibility of every pilgrim to ensure that no one is troubled, and no place is dirtied during the yatra,” he asserted, urging pilgrims not to throw waste on roads.
He also emphasised the importance of cooperation with authorities, stating, “If anyone attempts to take the law into their own hands or desecrate the yatra, the police must be informed immediately. The administration is on high alert.”
