At the Bharat Express Conclave, Manoj Gaur, Managing Director of Gaur Group, emphasised the crucial role of real estate and infrastructure in achieving the national objective of Viksit Bharat 2047.
Speaking during the event celebrating the third anniversary of Bharat Express, Gaur said India’s long-term growth vision relies heavily on urban expansion, housing development, and modern infrastructure networks. He explained that cities will serve as engines of economic growth.
Gaur noted that planned urbanisation improves connectivity, boosts employment, and stimulates large-scale investment. He added that modern infrastructure—roads, housing, transport corridors, and commercial hubs-creates the base required for sustainable development.
According to him, the real estate sector not only provides housing but also supports several allied industries.
During the discussion, Gaur highlighted that India is witnessing a rapid transformation in construction and urban planning.
Government initiatives and policy support, he said, have encouraged private investment and accelerated development across metropolitan and emerging cities. He further remarked that coordinated progress in infrastructure and property development will significantly strengthen India’s economic capacity over the next two decades.
Gaur concluded that strategic planning in these sectors will remain vital for turning the vision of a developed India by 2047 into reality.
