Manipur To Mewat: Call For Zero Tolerance On Rioters By Muslim Rashtriya Manch

New Delhi, 9th August: The Muslim Rashtriya Manch strongly condemns the violence in Manipur and Nuh (Mewat). The MRM believes that violence, hatred, internal conflicts, or mass killings neither have nor will benefit any society. The National Media In-charge of the Manch, Shahid Sayeed, informed that in a sudden high-level online meeting of the Muslim Rashtriya Manch, a resolution was unanimously passed to take immediate action against all anti-social elements that tamper with the nation’s unity, integrity, and harmony. The forum strongly denounces these acts of violence and emphasizes the importance of maintaining communal harmony. The organization firmly believes that religious differences should never be the cause of conflict, and any attempts to incite violence based on these differences should be condemned, and decisive action should be taken against those who spread venom in society. By embracing our shared heritage and values, we can create a better future for our nation and its people.

Manch to meet Justice Awasthi again on UCC:

The Muslim Rashtriya Manch has decided to meet the Chairman of the Law Commission, Justice Ritu Raj Awasthi, again to express its views on the Uniform Civil Code. During this meeting, a memorandum supporting the UCC, along with several suggestion letters, will be presented to Justice Awasthi. Earlier, on 23rd July, the “India First” unit of the forum had met the Chairman of the Law Commission and presented a memorandum of support. This act will be a powerful representation of our shared identity as Indians and will reinforce the values of unity, diversity, and patriotism.

MRM to celebrate Rakshabandhan across the country:

With the intent of promoting brotherhood and communal harmony, the Muslim Rashtriya Manch has been organizing Raksha Sutra (Rakshabandhan) programs at both national and international levels for many years. Traditionally symbolic of the bond between a brother and sister, this festival holds deep significance for mutual respect and support among all members of society. The organization believes that such celebrations can bridge gaps and strengthen relationships among different communities.

Collective fitness sessions on Fridays:

The Muslim Rashtriya Manch believes that a healthy individual makes a healthy family, a healthy family leads to a healthy neighborhood, a healthy neighborhood creates a healthy society, and a healthy society builds a healthy nation. Considering this, the MRM has decided that just as the Friday prayers are offered collectively, after the Fajr (dawn) prayers on Fridays, there will be gatherings focused on physical fitness exercises. These fitness sessions will also serve as a platform for citizens to come together, discuss national issues, and contribute to collective welfare. The forum believes that just as individuals pray daily or worship according to their religious beliefs, everyone should exercise daily at home or in parks as per their convenience. And one day a week, specifically on Friday, they should come together in the morning for collective exercises and the singing of the national anthem.
