Following their participation in the Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj, devotees from across India and abroad are visiting other sacred sites in Uttar Pradesh.
Over the past three days, approximately 10 lakh devotees visited Ayodhya, 7.41 lakh worshipped at the Kashi Vishwanath temple, 5 lakh paid homage at Vindhyavasini Dham, and over 1 lakh visited Naimisharanya Dham in Sitapur.
With over 7 crore devotees having bathed and prayed at the Maha Kumbh so far, many are continuing their spiritual journeys to places like Shringverpur, Chitrakoot, Kashi, Maa Vindhyavasini Dham, Naimisharanya, and Ayodhya.
This influx of devotees is also contributing to local employment and boosting the regional economy.
The Kashi Vishwanath temple recorded more than 7.41 lakh visitors between 13 and 15 January, with 2.19 lakh on 13 January, 2.31 lakh on 14 January, and over 2.90 lakh on 15 January.
Similarly, Vindhyavasini Dham saw over 5 lakh devotees, while Naimisharanya Dham welcomed more than 1 lakh pilgrims.
Ayodhya, also known as Ramnagari, has experienced an extraordinary surge of devotees, creating a vibrant atmosphere of faith.
