Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that many schemes are being implemented for the welfare of sisters. The role of Ladli Bahna forces will be made active for better implementation of schemes and monitoring of works. Beloved sister armies will be formed in all the villages. 21 members will be included in big villages and 11 members in small villages.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the aim of his life is to change the lives of the citizens. Welfare schemes for women, youth, and different sections of society are being implemented rapidly in different areas of the state. By August 15, the recruitment of one lakh government posts will be completed. The recruitment process will continue continuously.
Chief Minister Chouhan was addressing the Ladli Bahna Mahasammelan at Gandhwani in Dhar district today. The sisters received Chief Minister Shri Chouhan, Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Shri Goyal, and Union Minister of State for Textiles Smt. Darshana Vikram Zardosh on their arrival at the Mahasammelan. Welcomed traditionally by the tribal society and presented with arrows and bows. The guests were presented with clothes in the famous Bagh print of Dhar district. The Chief Minister inaugurated development works worth Rs 229 crore (66 lakh) and performed Bhoomi Pujan on development works worth Rs 187 crore (76 lakh).
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that several steps have been taken to empower women. While various properties are being registered in the names of women, many innovative schemes are being implemented for the welfare of sisters. With the introduction of the Ladli Bahna Yojana, the work of women’s empowerment has become easier in the state. With the amount received from the scheme, women will not have to depend on other people for small expenses. The Chief Minister said that in the year 2017, a scheme was started to provide Rs 1000 monthly to the special backward tribes of Bega, Saharia, and Bharia.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that industrialists are invited every Monday for an investor’s discussion. Two lakh people will get employment from PM Mitra Textile Park in Dhar district.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan went among the people at the Ladli Bahna Mahasammelan and greeted them. The programme started with Kanya Pujan. The general public also presented gifts to the guests. The guests were welcomed with a huge wreath.
On this occasion, sisters of 13 development blocks in Dhar district handed over letters to Chief Minister Shri Chouhan on behalf of 90,000 sisters in the district, thanking the Chief Minister for starting the Ladli Bahna Yojana.

Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Mr. Rajvardhan Singh Dattigaon, Member of Parliament, Mr. Chhatar Singh Darbar, and former minister, Ms. Ranjana Baghel, also addressed. A large number of sisters from Dhar district participated in the Mahasammelan.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan also interacted with the members of the committees formed under PESA rules after the Ladli Bahna Mahasammelan at Gandhwani in the district.
