Horrific Family Massacre in Rajasthan’s Jodhpur District Sparks Outrage and Political Controversy

A tragic and gruesome incident unfolded in Cherai village, Ramnagar Gram Panchayat, Osia area, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, as four members of a family, including a five-year-old toddler, were brutally murdered and their bodies set ablaze on Wednesday. The disturbing discovery of the charred bodies has left the community in shock and mourning.

According to Superintendent of Police Dharmendra Singh, initial investigations suggest that the family members were first murdered and then their bodies were set on fire, indicating a likely act of revenge. A forensic team is currently at the suspected crime scene collecting evidence to aid in the investigation.

The heinous crime has triggered outrage among the local residents, with senior officials, including Jodhpur Collector Himanshu Gupta and SP Singh, arriving at the scene to assess the situation.

In the aftermath of this horrifying incident, the Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) has launched a scathing attack against the Congress government in the state. BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawala took to social media to condemn the violence and criticize the law and order situation in Rajasthan. Poonawala pointed out several recent instances of crime and violence in the state, questioning the Congress party’s ability to maintain law and order.

The tragedy has sparked a heated political controversy, with the BJP demanding accountability and swift action from the state government to bring the perpetrators to justice. Meanwhile, the community mourns the loss of innocent lives and hopes for justice to be served swiftly in this horrific family massacre.
