Highlighting the symbolic displays at the riverfront, he said, “The illuminated boats showcase 75 qualities of Pramukh Swami, each reflecting values that guide a purposeful life.”

HM Shah praised the spiritual leader for making the ideals of Vaishnav philosophy practical in daily life.

“He united devotion and service, embodying the Vedic teaching of recognising divinity in every individual without preaching,” he added.

He also noted that Pramukh Swami’s silent compassion and disciplined conduct strengthened both the Swaminarayan tradition and the broader foundation of Sanatan Dharma.

Historical Significance of the Venue

He further expressed confidence that the event would establish the site as a landmark of global spiritual significance.

Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel lauded BAPS volunteers for their unwavering dedication, which he said reflected the teachings of Pramukh Swami Maharaj and senior monks.

“Thousands contribute not just their time but also their resources, guided by the principle that ‘what happens is done by God’,” he said. “True Satsang teaches one to understand life’s essence and face success and failure with equanimity.”

BJP state president Jagdish Vishwakarma described Pramukh Swami Maharaj as a ‘reservoir of virtues’,  whose life dedicated to the welfare of others.

“Even remembering his name brings peace to the heart,” he added.

BAPS spiritual leader Mahant Swami Maharaj offered blessings, recalling Pramukh Swami’s humility, compassion, and steadfast commitment to spiritual vows despite his high position.
