Before unveiling the mega industrial event, HM Shah, along with Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia and Madhya Pradesh Assembly Speaker Narendra Singh Tomar, paid homage to Vajpayee by offering flowers at his photograph.
The Home Minister and CM Yadav then lit the traditional lamp to formally inaugurate the Growth Summit.
Industrial Expansion and Investment
During the summit, organisers showcased tableaux of new industrial units worth over Rs 2 lakh crore across Madhya Pradesh.

HM Shah also inaugurated completed projects worth more than Rs 5,000 crore, highlighting the government’s push for industrial and economic growth.
On the occasion, Amit Shah launched the e-Zero FIR facility in Madhya Pradesh, making it the second state after Delhi to implement this initiative.
The move aims to strengthen cybercrime prevention and provide citizens with a fast and efficient mechanism to report offences.
Focus on Agriculture and Natural Farming
Later, HM Shah and CM Yadav will visit Rewa to attend a farmers’ convention, inaugurate a natural farming initiative, and inspect Basaman Mama GauAbhyaran, a cow shelter that houses 7,000 stray cattle.
These efforts reflect the government’s focus on sustainable agriculture and animal welfare.
Amit Shah emphasised that Madhya Pradesh is playing a pivotal role in India’s journey towards Viksit Bharat.
Highlighting industrial development, job creation, modern initiatives in governance and cybercrime prevention, he stated that the state is setting benchmarks for inclusive and sustainable growth.
With large-scale industrial projects, employment generation, modern governance tools, and agricultural initiatives, Madhya Pradesh is poised to strengthen its position as a key driver of economic growth and a model for development in the country.
