Old Age Pension in UP: The government in the most populous state of India, Uttar Pradesh, has announced good news for the elderly. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated that his government will provide pensions to impoverished senior citizens. While announcing the pension, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath outlined several other schemes, emphasizing the need to address the concerns of the largest community, the economically disadvantaged. He pledged to ensure that every government scheme benefits them.
On Saturday, December 16, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated, “We will provide employment to the youth, guarantee crop prices for farmers, and honor the art of every artisan.” He further mentioned that in the state, efforts will be made to connect every poor and deprived individual with the government’s schemes. The government will ensure security for every trader and guarantee the safety of every sister and daughter. He emphasized that prosperity will come through security and good governance.

The Chief Minister stated, “Today in the state, under the leadership of the Prime Minister, the ‘PM Awas Yojana’ for owning a home and the ‘PM Ayushman Bharat Yojana’ providing ₹5 lakh health insurance coverage are manifesting on the ground. Not only that, under the BJP government, an atmosphere of prosperity is prevailing, and employment is available near homes.”
