Kota Police released Elvish Yadav after interrogation, know what UP Police said

Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 winner and YouTuber Elvish Yadav was caught by the police in Kota, Rajasthan on Saturday. However, he was released after interrogation. Rajasthan Director General of Police (DGP) Umesh Mishra also confirmed this. Elvish is accused of organizing a rave party illegally in Noida and allegedly using snake venom in it.

Elvish Yadav was caught in Kota rural district when the police stopped his car during the blockade. Upon inquiry, information about the presence of Elvish Yadav in the car came to light. After this, Kota Police took Elvish into custody and informed the Noida Police. Noida Police denied being wanted in the case of Elvish Yadav, and then Kota Police let him go.

Noida Police, however, claimed to be unaware of any information regarding this. “We do not know about the action of Rajasthan Police,” he remarked. Elvish does not need to be in our care right now, nor do we need to question him. “Further action will be taken according to the investigation,” states the statement from our continuing investigation.

Noida Police filed a complaint on November 3rd regarding the planning of a rave party and the use of snake venom in it. Five people were detained in this case at that time.
Nine snakes, including a cobra, were reportedly freed from the arrested individuals’ custody, according to officials. These individuals had convened on Thursday for a rave party in a banquet venue located in Sector 51. People for Animals (PFA), an animal rights organisation, set up a trap with this party.

According to him, the accused had 20 milliliters of snake venom stored in a plastic bottle that the police confiscated and submitted for analysis to determine whether or not it could have narcotic-like effects on the body. That resembled a drug.

Animal Welfare Officer of the PFA organization run by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Maneka Gandhi, Gaurav Gupta, filed a complaint against six others, including Elvish Yadav, for partying at a banquet hall in Sector 51, according to officials in the Department of Wildlife (Protection). Under the Act’s provisions and the criminal conspiracy statute, a formal complaint was filed. There was snake venom accessible at the gathering.
