Former MLA Pappu Yadav reached ED office

Former MLA Pappu Yadav arrived at the Enforcement Directorate (ED) office as scheduled on Tuesday, complying with the appointed time given by the agency. Upon registering his entry, Yadav proceeded directly to the ED office, where after completing requisite formalities, the interrogation process began.

Speculations have arisen regarding former MLA Pappu Yadav’s scrutiny by the agency due to his alleged business connections with Sahibganj DC Ramniwas Yadav. The ED had summoned Rajkishore Yadav, alias Pappu Yadav, the former MLA from Bihar’s Katoria region, summoning him for questioning at 11 am on January 9.

In coordinated operations last Wednesday, the ED conducted simultaneous searches at Pappu Yadav’s residence, hotel, and several other locations. The agency also carried out raids at the house of CM’s press advisor Abhishek Prasad Pintu, Sahibganj DC Ramniwas Yadav, jail employee Awadhesh Kumar Singh, and architect Vinod Kumar Singh, purportedly a close associate of the CM. After the raids, the ED issued summonses to all individuals involved.
