The program began with an inaugural ceremony, where the CEO of Uttar Pradesh Braj Tirtha Vikas Parishad, Shyam Bahadur Singh, alongside his wife Dr. Sangeeta Singh, and the Special Secretary of Jal Nigam, Dr. Rajesh Prajapati, accompanied by his wife Dr. Shreya, jointly lit the ceremonial lamp.
