Dr Rajeshwar Singh Urges Global Action For Hindu Safety Amid Bangladesh Crisis

Dr Rajeshwar Singh, MLA from Sarojini Nagar, led the ‘Jan Akrosh Padyatra’ in Lucknow. He raised concerns about the safety of Hindus in South Asia. He pointed out that the Hindu population in Bangladesh has dropped from 30% in 1947 to 8.5%. Morever, Dr Singh blamed the 1971 genocide, which killed or displaced 30 lakh Hindus, and the discriminatory ‘Vested Property Act,’ which left 60% of Hindus landless.

Dr Singh also highlighted the shrinking Hindu population in Pakistan, now just 2%, and in Afghanistan, where it is less than 1%. In India, he noted a 5% decline in Uttar Pradesh from 1951 to 2011 and a 14% decline in Kerala. He called these trends alarming and urged action to protect Hindus and abolish discriminatory laws.

Dr Singh Promotes Sports for Youth Development

Dr Singh inaugurated the cricket championship under the 6th Sarojini Nagar Sports League. Over 2,500 young players from 180 teams participated. The tournament took place at Jai Jagat Park in Hindnagar, Lucknow.

Disability Empowerment on World Disability Day

Dr Singh attended a Divyangjan Empowerment Program organized by CRC in Lucknow. He distributed assistive devices and honored talented disabled children.

MLA Singh praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for replacing “Viklang” with “Divyang,” a term that highlights ability over disability. He called disabled individuals an inspiration for turning challenges into opportunities.
