Director Of Wagh Bakri, Parag Desai
Wagh Bakri Tea Group’s Executive Director, Parag Desai, passed away at the age of 49 after suffering a brain hemorrhage following a fall. The company announced his sad demise through an Instagram post. He had been hospitalized for a severe head injury sustained during a fall near his residence, reportedly due to an encounter with street dogs. Shaktisinh Gohil, a Rajya Sabha MP and Gujarat Congress chief, expressed his condolences.

Two executive directors
Parag Desai served as one of the two executive directors on the board of Wagh Bakri Tea Group, leading their transition into tea lounges and e-commerce. He played a significant role in managing the group’s sales, marketing, and export departments and was an expert tea taster and evaluator.

Additionally, they recently expanded into Bihar, Jharkhand, and Odisha.
