A school bus on Friday hit a bike and an auto rickshaw near the IP state police station in Delhi.
During the accident, the bike was crushed by the bus, causing serious injury to the rider who later passed away in the hospital. The auto driver sustained injuries.
The bus was owned by a private school.
As per reports, the police have seized the bus and are investigating the matter.
Earlier on 11 April, at least 6 students were killed, and 20 injured after a private school bus overturned in Kanina town of Haryana’s Mahendragarh.
According to their initial investigation, police believe the driver was drunk while driving the bus.

Mahendragarh DC, Monika Gupta stated, “This private school is conducting classes even on a gazetted holiday. So, we have applied to terminate its license. The government is doing everything to provide them with the best medical assistance. The police are investigating the matter.”

Meanwhile, earlier on 11 April, at least 18 people were injured when a DTC bus collided with a roadside pole in Rajouri Garden.
The bus is identified by its registration number DL1PD6164.
No fatalities were reported in the incident.
