The Delhi government on Monday implemented a significant administrative reshuffle, transferring 23 IAS officers within the AGMUT cadre (Arunachal Pradesh, Goa, Mizoram, Union Territories) with immediate effect. The move follows directions from Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena.
2000 batch officer Dilraj Kaur has been appointed as PR Secretary (GAD), Additional PR Secretary (Social Welfare), and PR Secretary (SC/ST/OBC Welfare).
Nandini Paliwal (AGMUT 2003) takes charge as Commissioner, Trade and Tax Department.
Neeraj Semwal (AGMUT 2003) is now Secretary (Revenue)-cum-Divisional Commissioner and Secretary (Land and Building).
Pandurang K Pol (2004) has been made Secretary, Higher Education and TTE.
Niharika Rai (2005) retains her roles as Secretary-cum-Commissioner (Transport), Secretary (Tourism), and MD/CEO (DTTDC), and now also takes over as DTC Chairman.
Rashmi Singh (2007) becomes Secretary, Women and Child Development, and Chairperson, DCW, and Secretary, A&CL.

Among 13 other officers transferred, Prince Dhawan (2012) is now MD, DTC and Special Commissioner, Transport. Krishna Kumar Singh (2012) is now the Cooperative Registrar and Additional MD (DCHFC).
The order also includes postings for Tapasya Raghav (2013), Ada Raja Babu (2014), Ravi Dadhich (2024), and Saumya Saurabh (2014).
Earlier, the Delhi government had transferred 38 IAS and DANICS officers. That reshuffle, too, followed the directive of LG VK Saxena, acting on recommendations from the Police Establishment Board.
This latest decision reflects the administration’s effort to streamline governance through IAS transfers and fresh appointments across key departments.
