Upendrra Rai, Chairman and Managing Director and Editor-in-Chief of Bharat Express News Network, arrived in Prayagraj on Saturday to attend a significant academic and cultural event.

CMD Upendrra Rai will attend as the chief guest and formally inaugurate the Kailash Gautam Memorial Library.
The newly established library honours the legacy of the late distinguished poet Kailash Gautam.
The facility aims to provide students and literary enthusiasts with improved access to academic resources and scholarly material.
The initiative will promote intellectual development and encourage a strong reading culture in the region.
Professor Satyakam, Vice-Chancellor of Rajarshi Tandon Open University, will preside over the event.
Distinguished attendees include Dr Uday Pratap Singh, Arvind Kumar Tiwari, and Mayank Dwivedi.
Special invitees from the administrative and professional sectors will also attend. These include Dr Suresh Sharma, Director of the North Central Zone Cultural Centre, Dr Rajesh Kumar Prajapati, Special Secretary for Namami Gange and Rural Water Supply, and Dr DK Gupta, Chairman of Felix Hospital, Noida. Anil Rai, Group Consulting Editor at Bharat Express, will also be present.
