Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma and Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari attended a special screening of ‘Bharat Bhagya Vidhata’ in Jaipur on Friday.

The programme was organised by Mandi MP and actress Kangana Ranaut and brought together healthcare professionals, public representatives, and distinguished guests.

The event served as a platform to recognise the dedication and selfless service of nursing personnel and frontline healthcare workers.

‘Bharat Bhagya Vidhata’ draws inspiration from the remarkable bravery displayed by nurses and healthcare workers during the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks.

Through a moving narrative, the film portrays the resilience, compassion, and commitment of medical professionals who continued to care for patients despite grave risks to their own lives.

The film highlights the often-overlooked contributions of healthcare workers during times of crisis.

During the programme, organisers honoured nursing professionals from various parts of Rajasthan for their outstanding service to society.

The recognition acknowledged their crucial role in strengthening healthcare delivery and supporting communities across the state.

Chief Minister Sharma and Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari expressed appreciation for the nursing fraternity and described its members as unsung heroes whose dedication continues to inspire others.

Addressing the gathering, Kangana Ranaut said she created the film as a tribute to countless individuals who serve the nation without expecting recognition. She noted that the project seeks to bring the stories of such frontline heroes into the public spotlight and encourage greater respect for their contributions.

Chief Minister Sharma commended the film for highlighting the values of selfless service and national duty. He said healthcare workers have repeatedly demonstrated extraordinary courage during challenging situations, including terror attacks and the COVID-19 pandemic.

Jaipur MP Manju Sharma, producer Dr Jayantilal Gada, and several dignitaries from the medical and public sectors also attended the event.

Speakers praised the nursing community for its unwavering commitment and described the film as a fitting tribute to India’s healthcare heroes.
