If Anyone Casts Evil Eye On Our Daughters, He Will Not Be Able to Walk On Feet: CM Yogi

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath warned miscreants on Wednesday that anyone who harms or threatens a girl will face severe consequences. Speaking at the Swami Vivekananda Youth Empowerment Employment and Loan Distribution Fair in Phulpur, 35 km from Prayagraj, CM Yogi stated, “If anyone casts an evil eye on a girl, he will not be able to walk on his feet. If anyone tries to touch a girl walking on the road, his hands and legs will be separated.” He assured that such individuals would not be spared and would be publicly paraded at intersections. The Chief Minister reiterated his commitment to ensuring security and respect for all.

Inauguration and Distribution of Aid

At the event, CM Yogi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for projects worth approximately 650 crore rupees. The fair featured 90 companies and saw the distribution of laptops and smartphones to 10,000 students. Yogi personally handed out some of these devices from the stage. He emphasized the government’s responsibility to provide security to every daughter and support for every businessman.

Criticise Previous Goverments For Mafia Raj

CM Yogi criticized past administrations, accusing them of bowing to mafia influence and rioters. He declared, “If the mafia tries to raise its head, we will destroy it.” He claimed that previous leaders were unable to stand up to the mafia and instead allowed criminal elements to flourish. Referring to past violence, he condemned the brutality faced by figures like Raju Pal and Umesh Pal, asserting that these injustices were ignored by former leaders focused on retaining power.

Development Projects and Job Creation

During the fair, CM Yogi distributed tablets and smartphones to 15,448 students, with 10,647 beneficiaries from the Phulpur assembly constituency. Additionally, he laid the foundation stone for 407 projects valued at 633.80 crore rupees. Yogi expressed gratitude to the residents for electing Praveen Singh Patel as MP from Phulpur and promised comprehensive development in the area.

He also announced plans to create 40,000 jobs through the UPSSSC and highlighted ongoing recruitment for 60,000 positions across various sectors, including education and health.
