Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan reached the Durganagar slum of Newari and handed over the acceptance letters of the Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana to the sisters at their homes. The Chief Minister got to know their happiness and sorrow after having a heart-to-heart talk with the beneficiary sisters. Shivraj Singh Chouhan reached the sisters’ house through narrow streets and sat with the sisters and their families without any formality.

Shivraj came to know about the names of the children, their studies, their husband’s work, etc. The Chief Minister said that the sisters should not face any kind of problem.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan gave acceptance letters to Smt. Sheetal Mahawar, Smt. Sushma Raikwar, Smt. Kanti Pal, Smt. Sunita Lowanshi, and Smt. Umaidi Bai.

The CM also said that the heart-to-heart relationship with the sisters motivates them to make every possible effort for their betterment and happy life. The recently implemented Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana is an effective step toward women’s empowerment.

A resolution is being fulfilled by the implementation of this plan. This will increase the sisters’ self-confidence, and their dreams will come true.

In a conversation with Chief Minister Shri Chouhan, Smt. Sapna Lovenshi told him that she would spend the money received from the scheme on her daughter’s education. Shri Chouhan also instructed the officials to provide the necessary assistance for the treatment of the family members affected by the paralysis of Mrs. Ummed Bai.
