In response to the eighth summons from the Enforcement Directorate (ED), an employee from Chief Minister Hemant Soren’s Office visited the ED office on Monday to submit the Chief Minister’s reply. The ED had previously issued the summons, instructing the Chief Minister to respond to their letter and be present between January 16 and 20. The nature of the Chief Minister’s response remains undisclosed at this point, and there is uncertainty regarding whether he will appear before the Directorate within the specified timeframe.
