Delhi Art and Culture Minister Kapil Mishra heads the committee, which includes MLAs Abhay Kumar Verma, Chandan Kumar Choudhary, Sandeep Sehrawat and Deepak Chaudhary, along with social worker Santosh Ojha.
The committee will coordinate arrangements for drinking water, medical assistance, ambulance services, fire safety, mobile toilets, security, traffic management and sanitation. It will oversee fogging, uninterrupted electricity and the issuance of no-objection certificates (NOCs).
The panel will review and finalise festival venues while coordinating essential civic services. These measures aim to ensure smooth celebrations and provide devotees with a safe, clean and well-managed environment at Chhath ghats across Delhi.
