An unfortunate incident occurred on the Delhi-Mumbai-Baroda Expressway. Tragedy struck when two vehicles collided, claiming the lives of an oil tanker driver and his assistant. Meanwhile, three individuals traveling in a Rolls-Royce sustained injuries consequent to the accident. The collision took place on the wrong side of the road near Umri village under the jurisdiction of Nagina police station. It was reported that the tanker was being driven on the incorrect side of the road when it crashed into the luxury car.
The impact of the collision caused the luxury car to catch fire immediately, endangering the lives of its five occupants. Fortunately, their family members, who were following closely in another vehicle, managed to rescue them just in time. The deceased individuals were identified as Rampreet and Kuldeep, residents of Uttar Pradesh, who were the driver and helper of the tanker. The injured occupants of the luxury car were identified as Divya and Tasbir, both residents of Chandigarh, along with Vikas, who is from Delhi. These injured individuals are currently receiving medical treatment at Gurugram’s Medanta Hospital.

Upon receiving information about the accident, the police reached the scene. Assistant Sub-Inspector Ashok Kumar, who is leading the investigation, mentioned that statements from the injured parties would be recorded, and an FIR would be filed accordingly.
