As the Delhi Assembly elections draw closer, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidates are actively engaging with the public to highlight the achievements of the BJP-led central government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Today, Satish Upadhyay, BJP’s candidate from Malviya Nagar, reaffirmed the party’s resolution for a “Developed India.” Addressing a gathering, he said, “We are now in the Amrit Kaal of Independence. With Prime Minister Modi’s vision, India will become a developed nation by 2047. We are committed to working towards this goal.”


Upadhyay’s remarks underline the party’s emphasis on its long-term developmental agenda for the country.

Amit Shah Releases Third Phase Of ‘Sankalp Patra’

Union Home Minister and senior BJP leader Amit Shah unveiled the third part of the BJP’s election manifesto, titled Sankalp Patra, yesterday in Delhi. In a sharp critique of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Shah stated, “I have never seen a liar like Kejriwal in my entire life. If he takes a dip in the Kumbh, perhaps his sins of lying will be washed away.”

  • Regularization of Colonies: Legalization of 1,700 unauthorized colonies, granting ownership rights to residents.
  • Reopening of Shops: Reopening of 13,000 sealed shops to support small businesses.
  • Support for Workers: Financial assistance of ₹10,000 and accident insurance worth ₹5 lakh for workers.
  • Healthcare Initiatives: Free medical treatment up to ₹5 lakh for all Delhi residents.
  • Infrastructure Development: Establishment of a Yamuna Riverfront in Delhi.
  • Public Transport: Conversion of 13,000 buses into eco-friendly e-buses.
  • Aid for Street Vendors: Financial assistance to help street vendors sustain their livelihoods.
