A similar occasion was witnessed on the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on November 19, when only women walked with Rahul Gandhi during the Bharat Jodo Yatra that day.
Again in December, on the occasion of Mahila Sashaktikaran Diwas, the Gandhi scion was accompanied by only women during the march.
