Bharat Express CMD Upendrra Rai visited Shri Kalki Dham in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, today. He participated in the 108 Kundiya Shila Daan Maha Yagya. Rai offered sacrifices during the yagna alongside Acharya Pramod Krishnam. He also donated stones for the construction of the Kalki Dham temple.
At the event, Rai praised Acharya Krishnam for taking responsibility for the temple’s construction. He said that by 2030, the temple would become a historic landmark. Rai added that the struggles and perseverance of Acharya Krishnam would be written in history.
Rai Talks About Overcoming Struggles in Temple Construction
Upendra Rai spoke about the challenges faced by Acharya Pramod Krishnam. He said, “The best has to go through the worst.” He compared Krishnam’s journey to rising above challenges. Rai said the temple’s construction story is inspiring and that Krishnam’s persistence will leave a lasting legacy.
He also shared how Acharya Krishnam’s guidance has helped him personally. “Whenever I need advice, Maharaj ji is always available. He offers calm, wise counsel,” Rai said.
Rai Praises Acharya Krishnam’s Inclusiveness and Respect for All Religions
Rai admired Acharya Pramod Krishnam’s approach to religion. He praised the saint’s respect for all faiths, pointing out that Krishnam welcomes everyone, regardless of background. Rai recalled how Acharya Krishnam once welcomed political figures like Farooq Abdullah. “He sang kirtans in our Kalki Dham, so why shouldn’t I welcome him?” said Krishnam.
Rai’s visit and participation in the Shila Daan Yagya show his strong support for the Kalki Dham temple. He continues to be inspired by Acharya Krishnam’s leadership and commitment.
