Women To Get 50% Discount On Double Decker Electric Bus Tickets, Announces CM Yogi Adityanath

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched the state’s first double decker electric bus service in Lucknow and announced a special 50% discount for women passengers. The announcement was met with thunderous applause from the audience. This initiative is part of the state government’s efforts to promote eco-friendly transport while also providing a benefit to women travelers.

Free Travel for Women on Heritage Route Every Saturday

In addition to the discount, CM Yogi Adityanath introduced a free travel facility for women passengers on the heritage route every Saturday. This service will be available on morning trips, offering women an opportunity to travel at no cost while enjoying the heritage sights of Lucknow.

The launch of the double decker electric bus service and these initiatives reflect the government’s commitment to promoting both women’s empowerment and sustainable public transportation in the state.
