Mr. Upendrra Rai gives advice to follow heart
Mr. Rai, CMD and Editor in Chief of Bharat Express, said many inspiring things in his interview at Marwah Studio. While expressing himself about the art of writing and social media, he said that one must read a thousand pages and then attempt to write one page. If a thought is coming right from your soul, then God has given you an open sky to write and this world has given you social media, so use it very well. Express your thoughts well, write whatever comes to your mind and write it without any fear. One can experience change in their life only when they do something new and do it according to their heart. And to start the change, the change starts only when you move forward by reading a book or by attending the ‘Satsang’ (lecture) of a good guru or by listening to the voice of your inner soul.

India dominating countries across the world
During the interview, when he was asked that you have been a witness to many programs from G20 to Ram Mandir, do you think whether India is able to leave it mark on the globe? Many children today want to leave India and go to study in other places. In such a situation, Upendra Rai said that he believes that India has always been very vast and great country. For this reason India has been called Jagatguru (Jagat + guru meaning teacher to the entire world).
He said that India continued to be looted for 3000 years and there was no king other than Alexander who looted our motherland. Everyone belonged to some tribe or the other. Despite such a big empire, small dacoits could loot India and go away. The reason for this was that there were differences amongst the people and there was lack of unity. In such a situation, Acharya Chanakya explained to them that our borders should be so strong that no one can loot them. Despite this, just the opposite happened. Small groups kept clashing with this massive nation and people kept coming here. At the same time, he appreciated the work of PM Modi at present. In addition to this, he said that at present the value of Indian passport has increased a lot, this shows that people in the world are taking India seriously. At the same time, he said that there are many such industries in which India’s voice is heard all over the world.
Basic mantra given to stay away from stress
In response to a question, CMD Upendra Rai also gave the basic mantra for the students to stay away from stress. He said that we have no control over where we are born. At the same time, we do not even know where and when we will die. That means neither we have control over life nor over death. Now what remains is the middle life. We have no control over this either. Regarding those who curse their fate, he said that it is we who write the fate and destiny. We write our own destiny, moment by moment, every day.
